  1. You did a good job explaining the article and the implications for using the three types of technology in the education. I think one of the strongest points pertained the importance of teachers planning active, engaging lessons and uses for the technology. I also thought your pictures went well with the information.

On a side note, I'm not sure how familiar you are with iMovie. The Ken Burns Effect (or zooming effect) on still images can be removed by either double-clicking on the image or by clicking the small "crop" tool on the photo. Just some fyi for you (and if you already knew that, cool). :)

  4. Great job! I agree with Jen... I felt like I was speeding through my movie. I liked your article review. I really enjoyed the information that you had to share and your visuals went perfectly. Some of the great points were:
*Learning with visualization can improve a students learning if it is an extension.
    *Can be motivating to students.
*Students need to have active participation.
    Great job!

  5. I think the movie you made is very professional and well done. The way you spoke and your pacing made it easy to understand. Like others have already mentioned, one of the most important points of the article you shared was making technology use engaging and adding to what is being taught in class instead of it being a substitute. One of your images showed C.D.s and cassette tapes being converted to MP3s- I never knew you could do that. I have some books on C.D. that would be more widely used if I created MP3s so that is good to know.
